WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE ADVICE OR SERVICE
We’d rather not have a separate posting for this but people continue to email us seeking free advice or help in filling out immigration forms. All over this blog, at the beginning and end of each article and posting, we state that we only provide paid consultations. We simply do not and cannot provide free advice or service. There are legal-aid services and organizations that do that, especially if you’re here in the U.S.
If you email us at consult@guruimmigration.com with your questions and situation, PLEASE EXPECT TO RECEIVE A QUOTE ON HOW MUCH A CONSULTATION WITH THE ATTORNEY WILL COST. If you were near us in Los Angeles, you would come in for an office consultation and there is a fee, as with most law firms. It’s no different if you’re on the internet. We are not like American accident lawyers who work on a contingency fee basis where they provide free consultation and only get paid if they sue the other party on your behalf and recover money successfully. Immigration law is different. Each person’s case and situation is very different, and it always requires time to analyze fully a person’s situation, which can be complicated. That time is not free. That’s because we really strive to understand the facts of each person’s situation and to explore different immigration options and solutions for that person.
Since this blog started a couple years ago, many people have emailed thanking us for the information contained in the articles here, and have told us frankly that they did not need to consult with us because of the information they read on this blog. That’s fine. We are happy that this blog helps as many people as possible when it comes to their own immigration cases. For other people, however, their situations are not as easy or straightforward, and in that case, an individualized consultation would be needed and highly recommended.

Michael,
You meant she came with a student visa, rather than a passport? Anyway, an email has been sent to you to discuss what the Guru can do for you and how much it would cost.

Ninamoha, an email was just sent to you stating that we do not provide free advice on such an important question as this when the government is trying to deport you, and explaining how much the consultation fee with the Guru, Attorney Doan, would be.
Best,
